Hate the cold? In fact taking ice baths increases your resistance to cold, so overall, and over time, you'll find yourself less affected by cold conditions. Even people that hate the cold usually don't find sitting in the ice half as bad as they expected - it's really mind over matter, and we're here to guide you through the sessions mindfully.
Come wearing your comfy clothes (come in your pyjamas if you like!), bring your swimwear and a towel, and something warm to wrap up in afterwards - a flask of coffee or a warm drink could also be a good idea.
The session will involve a sound healing session with Osher Wellness followed by time to sit in the ice, remember this isn't a competition, so do what you feel you can on the day!
Please remember to arrive at the latest 10 minutes before the start time, to allow enough time for us to collect you, and take you to the rooftop.
